Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

As an online store, we strive to provide accurate product images that represent the items as closely as possible. However, there might be slight variations due to factors such as screen settings, lighting, or manufacturer alterations. We make every effort to ensure that the products you receive match the images displayed on our website.

In case of any significant discrepancies between the product received and the image shown, please reach out to our customer support team. We’re committed to resolving any concerns or issues regarding the received items to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

How can I add / remove items from my shopping cart?

To remove an item, click the X icon before the item image:

I didn’t receive the order confirmation email?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email after placing an order on our website, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, automated emails might end up in the spam or junk folder of your email account. Please check these folders to ensure the confirmation email hasn’t been filtered there.
  2. Wait for a While: Order confirmation emails are typically sent out immediately after a purchase. However, delays can occur due to system issues or high order volumes. Wait for a reasonable amount of time (usually up to an hour) to see if the confirmation email arrives.
  3. Verify Email Address: Double-check that the email address provided during the checkout process is correct. An incorrect email address could result in the confirmation email being sent to the wrong inbox.
  4. Contact Customer Support: If you’ve checked all folders, ensured the correct email was used, and still haven’t received the confirmation email after a reasonable amount of time, contact our customer support team. Provide them with your order details (order number, name, email used for the order) so they can assist you. They might be able to resend the confirmation or verify the status of your order.
  5. Email Settings: Ensure that your email provider isn’t blocking emails from our domain. Adding our domain to your email’s safe sender list or whitelist could prevent future emails from being marked as spam.
Can I cancel my order?

1. Cancelling an Unpaid Order (COD)

You can contact our Customer Service to request for cancellation and they will assist you further.


2. Cancelling a Paid Order:

Please note that requesting cancellation for your order is limited to the following guidelines would still be possible if:
An order is still in processing status and is on pre-packing stage.
If your order has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched and shipped we would not be able to cancel it. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

Can I add products to or delete products from my order?

Before submitting your order, please make sure all the details in it are final. 

1. You cannot add products to your order after you’ve placed it successfully. If your order has not been packaged yet, you can cancel it and place a new order for the products you need. 

2. If you’d like to delete a certain product from your order, you can do so before your order is packaged. 

Please note: If you ordered two (a quantity of two) of the same product, the system must delete both of them. 

If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If your order cannot be changed, please see our return policy.

How much time it takes to receive the order?

On average, standard shipping from TapTip to most countries can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.

How can I return an item?

To return an item purchased from our online store, please follow these general steps:

  1. Review Return Policy: Familiarize yourself with our return policy, which includes information about the eligibility of items for return, time limits, condition requirements, and any associated fees.
  2. Initiate Return Request: Log in to your account on our website and locate the order history or return section. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate the return process. If you made a purchase as a guest, you may need to contact our customer support to start the return process.
  3. Provide Information: Fill out the return request form, providing details such as the reason for the return and any additional required information. Make sure to obtain and keep any return authorization number or reference provided.
  4. Package the Item: Safely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging materials provided. Use a secure and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Shipping the Return: Depending on our return policy, you might have the option to use a prepaid shipping label provided by us, or you may need to arrange and pay for return shipping. Ship the package using a reliable courier service, and retain the tracking information for your records.
  6. Await Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. We’ll then proceed with processing the return according to our policy.
  7. Refund or Exchange: Upon approval of the return, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method or process an exchange based on your preference and our policy guidelines.
